The Perfect Block is a green building product made of a mixture of recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS), commonly known as "Styrofoam", Portland cement, and proprietary admixtures and water. 100% of EPS used in our form is recycled EPS. 87% of the volume of each composite ICCF form is recycled EPS that is intercepted by us before ending up in a landfill.

Why build with The Perfect Block?
The Perfect Block is a complete low-density insulated composite concrete form (ICCF) building system with significant advantages over traditional wood "stick framing" construction and with other insulated concrete form (ICCF) systems or concrete masonary units (CMU) blocks.
Advantages over traditional "stick framing" construction
Strength- ICCF walls are at least 700% stronger in shear strength and resistance than stick framed walls. With a grid of steel reinforced concrete beams and columns 12" on center each way within the stay-in-place forms, a TPB is truly a wall you can't drive a truck through.
Insulation- At 10" ICCF wall has at least 4 times greater thermal resistance than 2x6 batt insulated walls.
Thermal Mass- ICCF wall thickness and density further enhance thermal resistance over stick framing providing a "thermal mass multiplier" that further resists energy loss or gain.
Fire Resistance- ICCF walls do not burn. The Perfect Block has an ASTM E119 4 hour fire rating from Intertek Testing.
Termite/Insect Resistance- ICCF walls have no wood inside. There is no food source for termites or boring insect or rodents and they will not nest in it.
Design Versitlity- ICCF wall material can be easily cut and shaped with common carprety tools onto infinate and unique design features for load and non-load bearing walls and architechtual features.
Costs less to build an ICCF wall than a comparably complete 2x6 wood framing wall.

The Perfect Block is the "greener" - Each The Perfect Block has nearly 87% of its volume made of only 100% clean recycled EPS, repurposing a modern day waste material and greatly reducing huge volumes of EPS waste that was destined for landfills.
The Perfect Block has "teeth" -"Tooth" is a term to describe a surfaces ability to hold or grip a substrate. The Perfect Block's inherent textured (slightly rough) cementitious surfaces can hold cementitious exterior stuccos and interior plasters or drywall joint compound without additional furring, layer of ridged foam, and wire lath and tar paper, or house wrap eliminating many costly additional materials and labor intensive steps required with other building materials to clad exterior and interior walls.
The Perfect Block surface can remain exposed outdoors to the extremes of all kinds of weather and UV radiation for years without degration and exposure damage.
The Perfect Block requires minimal or no bracing - The precision-made The Perfect Block is denser and stronger and requires no or minimal bracing to create plumb, level, and straight walls saving time and money. The Perfect Block will not "float "when grouting the internal foam cores with heavy wet concrete.
Consistent size, shape, and weight - The Perfect Blocks are monolithic and mold forced under pressure and under strict quality control. Therefor each The Perfect Block is identical to the next allowing for easy stacking with minimal shimming and gluing and making it easier to construct plumb and levels walls saving time and materials.
12" reinforced core spacing - The Perfect BLock cores are spaced 12" on center. This allows for increased wall strength and any cut block 12" or greater in length can be used for primarly wall cinstruction greatly minimizing waste.
